Breeze - Privacy Policy
Welcome to Breeze!
Breeze is a mobile application providing users with dynamic, motoring-focused data services which includes real-time carpark availability, destination search and route planning, live ERP information, turn-by-turn navigation with voice prompts, live traffic updates, speed alerts, ERP2 OBU notifications, trip logs, and third party services such as insurance and accident response-related services ("Services").
This Privacy Policy shall be read in conjunction with NCS Data Protection Policy found at https://www.ncs.co/en-sg/protection-policy/ which is incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict or discrepancy between this Privacy Policy and NCS Data Protection Policy, this Notice shall prevail to the extent of such conflict or discrepancy.
This Privacy Policy describes how NCS Pte Ltd ("we" or "us"), the owner of Breeze, collects, uses and discloses your personal data. Our relationship with you is governed by the applicable personal data protection legislation. Additionally, and in order for us to provide and for you to use Breeze and/or the Services, you agree to all the terms contained in this Privacy Policy. Usage of Breeze in any form will be regarded as deemed acceptance of these terms.
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, personal data is defined as data, whether true or not, about an individual who can be identified (a) from that data; or (b) from that data and other information which an organization has or is likely to have access to but does not include business contact information of an individual.

Personal Data that is collected from you
Your privacy is important to us. We therefore only collect personal data limited to what is needed in order for us to provide you with the Services. Such personal data will include the following information:
- Account details: When you set up an account in Breeze, we will be collecting, where applicable, your account user name, password, contact details and email address.
- Social network information: Breeze allows you to use your account details from social media platforms to create an account and subsequently login. When you do so, you will be sharing with Breeze information from such social media platforms and Breeze may use and/or collect such information.
- Other Information:These include information such as vehicle details, information in your "favourites", destinations that you may travel to, location information or calendar information should you choose optional Services within Breeze.

Breeze's use of your personal data
Rest assured we will never sell, lease or rent your personal data to any third party. In the event there is a need to share your personal data for the purposes described below, we will strive to do so only for information that does not personally identify you to prevent any third-party recipient from correlating such information back to you and if this is not possible we will share your personal data only with your consent. In particular, you will be given the option to decide if you consent to us sharing your personal data together with any other data you consent to share when you activate and/or utilise specific Services, with the relevant third parties involved in the provision of the specific Services.
We use your personal data specifically:
- To provide you with the Services. This would include the various features and options which you might activate or use.
- For maintenance, improvement and enhancement purposes to the application
- For communication with you i.e. sending of any updates, notices, announcements, and any other information in relation to Breeze, your account or the Services.
- To protect us, the integrity of Breeze, other users and the public at large. This would include allowing us to enforce the Terms of Use or this Privacy Policy, to detect any unauthorized, illegal or misuse of the Services and/or Breeze and to improve the safety and reliability of the Services.
- For sharing to the relevant third parties to the extent necessary in order for us to provide you with the functionalities of Breeze and/or the Services or for third party services that are connected to or may have been incorporated into Breeze and/or the Services to be provided to you.
- For data analytics.
- To apply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- For commercial or business purposes relating to Breeze and/of the Services, including any marketing campaigns undertaken by us. In doing so, we may to the extent necessary share your personal data to relevant third parties.
Should we need to collect, use and disclose your personal data for different purposes, we will seek your prior consent.
You may withdraw your consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal data by writing to support@breeze.com.sg using the form found in NCS Data Protection Policy and you will not be able to continue using Breeze and/or the Services upon withdrawal of your consent.

Protection of your personal data
We have put in place various security safeguards to minimize the risk of theft, loss, damage or unauthorized access or use. Whilst we have the appropriate technical and organisational measures (TOMS) in place to ensure the security of your personal data we do not guarantee or warrant, that our databases will be immune to any wrongful, malicious or illegal acts, product or system malfunctions or other types of misuse or abuse.

Retention of your personal data
We will retain your personal data only for so long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was initially collected and until retention is no longer required for legal or business purposes. Such legal or business purposes will include:
- Security, fraud and abuse prevention.
- Internal record-keeping.
- Complying with any applicable law or legal or regulatory requirement.
- Ensuring the continuity of Breeze and/or the Services.
Subject to the above, we will delete your personal information upon receiving a request from you to delete your account in Breeze, by sending a request to support@breeze.com.sg

Access to and correction of your personal data
We respect your right to know the nature of your personal data that we have collected and to access and correct the same if they are inaccurate and we would generally allow you to exercise these rights upon request by writing to support@breeze.com.sg using the form found in NCS Data Protection Policy and payment of reasonable administrative fees. However, there may be situations where we are unable to grant your request should there be countervailing legal considerations or where such request jeopardizes the privacy of others, is frivolous or vexatious or would be extremely impractical.

Accuracy of your personal data
It is important that any personal data that you provide to us be complete and accurate. Should you find that any personal data that you have shared is incomplete or inaccurate, do take all necessary steps to correct the same. False, incorrect or incomplete information provided may prevent you from setting up on account or impair our ability to provide you with the Services.

Changes to Privacy Policy
There may be updates to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes made by us will become effective immediately upon posting on this location. Any continued use of Breeze and/or the Services, will immediately incorporate any changes to this Policy. Such continued use will be deemed acceptance to any updates made to this Policy.
